How to use Pocket Stone?
1) You can hold a stone & chant 21 -108 times by keeping your intentions in mind.
2) Keep in the purse/bag.
3) Keep on the work desk/study table.
4) Keep in the small pocket (watch pocket) of jeans.
5) Keep under the pillow.
6) Meditate with it.
7) Write your wish in a white paper with a red pen, ending with Thank you/ Gratitude. Fold 4 times towards you. Then, keep an appropriate pocket stone on it. You can keep it in Southeast or West of your home/ office, or your home temple/ altar

Chant words which are on the stone
1) To effectively chant switchwords, identify your intention and select an appropriate switchword. Then, either chant the word aloud to feel the vibration of each word or silently repeat it to yourself throughout the day.
2) Repeat the switchword multiple times a day, ideally 21, 41, or 108 times, or even more
3) Continue chanting the switchword for at least 21 days, or longer if needed. Be consistent and persistent in your practice.
4) As you chant, focus on your intention and visualise the desired outcome. This will help to amplify the effect of the switchword.
