* Each item is hand-carved using natural crystal, so each crystal is as unique as you and no two are the same.

   Please do not expect the same product as shown in the image above. We assure you that you will receive a unique crystal.

All crystal products are handmade and may differ from the image in terms of size, weight, and color. Natural stones may come with minor scratches, inclusions or imperfections (No return will be accepted for this or small dents which are natural)

Return /Refund / Cancellation Policy

Return & Refund

We only entertain requests for replacement, return, or refund only if the request is raised within 5 calendar days of receiving the product. The customers can also raise the request for a return or refund even before the product is delivered. In other words, we SHALL NOT entertain any requests for replacement, return, or refund after 5 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.

 Please note, orders once placed WILL NOT be canceled. In any event that you receive a damaged or broken product, after producing a complete unboxing video, without any tempering, a replacement or refund will be issued for the same, only after full verification.

In case you fail to provide the unboxing video, no claims regarding damage or missing product will be entertained.

Please note, these are energy products and we do NOT have a return and refund policy upon Regret Purchases. Hence we request you to be sure of your purchase before confirming your order.

The product supplied is different from the product ordered (We will replace it)

At the time of making a request for a refund, the customer shall share a receipt or proof of purchase along with the image of the product (in case of a broken or different product received).

If the product comes damaged or defective with a valid reason on the day it arrives 

(only with video proof)

Only the amount equivalent to the value of the product returned shall be refunded and not the entire value of the purchase.

Transportation costs for return shall be borne by the customer.

The customer shall pack the product with due care. In case the product received at the premises of the vendor is damaged or worn out, the customer shall not be eligible for a refund.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall notify the customer through email that we have received your returned item (s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund through email.

In case of electronic payment through any mode, once your returned request is approved, we shall process the refund electronically. A credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within 7-21 business days (check with your bank)

In the case of the CoD mode of payment, we shall issue you store credit for the amount that can be redeemed while shopping at our website.

To summarize the process of refunds, firstly, upon receiving the product for return, within 7 business days, we shall intimate the customer regarding acceptance or denial of the refund request. Once the request has been approved, the refund process shall be initiated and will complete within the next 15 days. In simple words, the entire refund process shall complete within 21 days from the date of receiving the product at the premises of Raise Your Vibes

Exchanges:

Raise Your Vibes shall replace/exchange the products only if the product received has a manufacturing defect. The products shall not be replaced or exchanged for other reasons as specified. If the customer is desirous of getting his product exchanged, he shall contact us at team.ryvs@gmail.com

Raise Your Vibes shall entertain the requests for exchange only if the same has been raised within 5 working days from the date of delivery of the product.

Only the particular product with a manufacturing defect shall be exchanged and not the entire lot.

Transportation costs for sending the product to the office of the vendor shall be borne by the customer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request through email.

Shipping

Delivery Procedure

You agree that the products are personally curated, carefully inspected after our system has processed your order to ensure that they are in good condition. Products are packaged and handed over to our reliable delivery partners after a final round of quality inspection.

We ship our orders through Shiprocket or Tirupati our official delivery partners who assign the shipments through various Courier companies based on your pin code.  

The package is then delivered as soon as possible to you by one of our delivery partners. Our delivery partners may contact you should they face any trouble locating your address or should there be any unforeseen delay.  

Packaging Details

We put our products in necessary secured Packaging which is shared for multiple products in case of a larger order. We do not assure individual packaging per product unless specifically specified by you during the time of placing the orders. 

Tracking Information

You will receive an SMS/Whatsapp and an email after your order has been shipped out with information on the tracking number and the courier service handling your order. You can check the status of your package 48 hours after your order is placed with us. 

You understand that the status of your order may take 48 hours, or such other time as may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 In case no tracking number is received please contact us by mail or call or WhatsApp after 24 hours of placing the order

Delivery Timelines

Most orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and delivered as per the estimated time of delivery provided on the product page/product cart. It usually takes 5-7 business days after dispatch depending on your location. You acknowledge that delivery may be delayed depending on the source of dispatch, warehouse, and destination pin code. The actual estimated date of delivery will be communicated to you once the product has been shipped.

However, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to logistics, national and public holidays, riots, political disturbance, natural calamity, act of god or any other such force majeure event. You agree that no refund or cancellation will be allowed due to any delay in delivering the products within the estimated time of delivery provided on the Website and/or communicated to you.

If you are ordering our products from a any Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased order volumes.
