Yes, we Cleansed and Energized all your products before packing.
The more often you use a stone, the more energy it collects. Clear all of your stones at least once a month.
If an individual stone is feeling heavier than usual, go ahead and cleanse it. You don’t have to wait a designated amount of time between cleansings.
Just like uses, there are a few ways to cleanse your crystals. Remember that if your crystals aren’t a type that can be used in water, use one of the other cleansing methods!
Cleanse - Clearing crystal of any stale energy.
Energizing - Replace used-up energy from the continuous use of a crystal. (Crystals need to be re-energized to work again at full potential)
Cleanse
- For water Friendly stones you can cleanse them in running tap water or stream water for 2mins or keep them in a water bowl ( big NO to salt water) for not more than 4-5hours (Cleanse and Energized at the same time)
- If a stone is not water friendly you can smudge them with a sage stick or some palo santo. If you don’t have any handy, hold over the flame of a candle or Incense for a quick cleanse.
- Bury them underground or garden for 24 hours. This allows the earth to absorb any unwanted energy and refresh the crystals.
- Keep on top of dry salt, don’t soak them in a bowl of salt water
Energized
- Energize in the Sunlight once a week, there are some stones that may fade so keep it in daylight and not in direct sunlight
- Keep In Full-moon light overnight
- You can also use sound vibrations like a singing bowl, tuning forks, or tingsha bells
- Use a cleansing crystal. For example, you can lay your crystals on a selenite plate/bowl/tower overnight, as selenite can clear the negative energy of the other crystals. (Cleanse and Energized at the same time)
- Use Reiki or other healing energy (Cleanse and Energized at the same time)
BE CAREFUL! Not all crystals can go into water/sunlight/salt. Crystals can damage, fade, break, flake apart & dissolve if not taken proper care of while cleaning or charging the method you use. (link)
Our courier partners typically deliver orders to Metro cities in India within Next Day to 3 Days. For non-metros, our courier partners typically take 2 days - 7 days to deliver the product from the date of dispatch.

All our shipments are packaged with great care using bubble wrap and newspaper. It is then packed in a corrugated box or polybag depending on the size of the packet.
Yes, you can track your shipment online. All our shipments within India are sent by reputed couriers like delhivery.com. As soon as the product is dispatched from our office, you shall receive an email with the Tracking ID and instructions to guide you.
No, we ship all over India.
To Return your product, you must send your product to our office in 903, Krishna Heights, Mathuradas road, Kandivali (West) Mumbai 400067, India. Only the amount equivalent to the value of the product returned shall be refunded and not the entire value of the purchase. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over 2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please take a video of unboxing in order for us to help you regarding any missing product. We are very thorough in our checking and packing procedures hence missing any item is highly unlikely. Our packing is very good so the breakage of items in transit is highly unlikely.
However to back your claim and for us to send you a missing piece from your order we will require an unboxing video. If the video of unboxing is not shared with us, you will not be eligible for refunds.]
If you have placed an order and later changed your mind due to any reason and wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at team.ryvs@gmail.com with your order id and details of products to be returned.
Please also let us know the reason for the cancellation.
If your order is not shipped from Raise Your Vibes India , your full amount will be refunded and your order will be canceled. It usually takes 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect back into your account.
If your order is shipped from Raise Your Vibes India, we will not be able to cancel your order from our end. In such cases
where the order is already in transit the only way to cancel the order is by refusing the delivery when the order reaches your address.
Once you refuse the delivery of your order the shipping partner will send the order back to us. Once we receive the order back, we will refund your amount deducting both ways shipping costs. This process may take 5-7 working days for returning the order and an additional 7-10 working days for your refund to reflect back into your account.
If you get a message from our third-party shipping company that the order is delivered but you haven't still received the order, immediately email us at team.ryvs@gmail.com. Reach out to us within 24 hours of such incidents for us to escalate it to our
shipping partners and resolve the issue. If 24 hours have passed and you are unable to reach out to us for any reason, we will not be responsible for resolving the issue and for your package being lost.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
